Ingredients Needed:

Corn tortillas
All purpose flour
Butter unsalted
Sour cream light
Skim milk
Chicken broth
Chopped canned green chilis
Cumin
Chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded chicken
Frozen corn
Green onions
Shredded mozzareella cheese

How to make this White Chicken Chili Tacos:

Step 1: Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F

Step 2: In a medium-sized saucepan, add in your butter and melt over medium heat

Step 3: Slowly stir in your all-purpose flour with the melted butter

Cook for approximately one minute. Stir frequently so the flour does not burn

Step 4: Slowly whisk in the milk, chicken broth, cumin, green chilis, chili powder, sour cream, and salt and pepper to taste

Step 6: Now, place the shredded chicken, corn, and green onions in a medium-sized mixing bowl
