Pinecliff Village has served guests exploring the Southwest for over 50 years from its central location in Ruidoso, New Mexico. One and two-bedroom condominiums with furnished full kitchens are available. Each unit has either a deck or patio to enjoy the New Mexico sunshine, window unit AC, baseboard heat, TV-DVD, and sleeper sofa. Amenities include a heated indoor pool, public patio, and gazebo with outdoor gas grills, guest laundry, exercise room, playground, games, and DVDs to borrow.

The nearest major airport is in El Paso, Texas, 145 miles away. From the airport, take I-10 west to Highway 54 east to Tularosa. Then go east on Highway 70 to Ruidoso. The resort is conveniently located on the highway, to your right, just before the intersection of US 70 and Hwy 48 (Sudderth), which turns left into the town of Ruidoso. Albuquerque, NM airport is 180 miles away. From the airport take I-25 south to Hwy 380 (approximately 75 miles). Go east on Hwy 380 to Hwy 37. Exit Hwy 37 south to Hwy 48. Turn right on Hwy 48 into Ruidoso.

Resort maintains maximum occupancy of 6 in 2 bedrooms and 4 in 1 bedrooms. No exceptions. One bathroom in every unit.

High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions.

Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
